Sometimes the greatest things come up where you would never have expected it. A company event, handled from A to Z by our agency? The team was crazy about the idea, inspired by the special bond with our oldest customer Sennheiser. Everyone contributed creative sparks and secret skills. Co-CEO Andreas Sennheiser announced the motto, jointly developed by the company and the agency, in his on-site address: “Us. Together. Now.”
Hanover Adventure Zoo was chosen as the location. More precisely: the fantasy gold mining town of Yukon Bay in the zoo with its own arctic coastal harbor! However, the scenery and exciting encounters with the animal world only provided the backdrop for the main event – the annual meeting of all the key people that contribute to Sennheiser’s success worldwide.
Planned with precision and imaginatively prepared: The “Walk of Pride” through the zoo following the arrival of the guests, accompanied by quiz banners with proud Sennheiser success stories. For reception, catering and technology, more than 50 service professionals reinforced the agency team.
From the seal show with its environmental message to the perfectly staged dinner – every highlight of the program was supported with scripts and set designs finely tailored to the summer party theme and implemented with loving commitment on the night.

Unbeatable: The obligatory rock night under the sign of “Now” after the opening program (“Us”) and dinner (“Together”). Our region’s own “Jetlags” – known from countless major events – turned world hits and party classics into the motto and transformed Yukon Bay into a festival ground in no time.
Legendary Sennheiser live sound equipment did the rest to ensure that no guests, organizers or team members remained in their seats until late into the night.
Event technology from reliable partners and the genuine enthusiasm from everyone contributed to that certain something that makes an event special. On a side note, it was another milestone for agency founder Oliver Böskens’ side career as an internationally experienced event stage manager.
