The New Food Application and Technology Center, built in Hildesheim by technology specialist GEA at a cost of millions, offers food producers the opportunity to pioneer meat alternatives from bio-cells and optimize innovative processes on a high-end test facility. A digital sneak preview makes it possible to experience the modular technology even before the opening – thanks to equally modern motion design.
